WORKOUTS 4

For the fourth workout, participants from both categories must work out the below:

  • Online clean
  • One bench press
  • One overhead squat
  • Time gap: 30 minutes

On the contrary, teams must do the following

Format: FF/MM

For a time, starting with the women:

  • 40 synchro toes-to-bars
  • 30 synchro box jumps
  • 20 synchro alternating dumbbell snatches

They must also do

  • Ten rope climbs (total)

When the women have finished, the men complete the workout. Both gender and all teams must complete it within 30 minutes.

  • 185 lb, 24-in (60-cm) box
